General Questions

We accept free returns up to 30 days after purchase. The item must be in the original condition. Any return not in the original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer.

Hats will be restocked periodically if there is demand for it. If you would like to see a past item restocked feel free to send us an email. friends@theoffbeatco.com

Our only sale for the year is black Friday through cyber Monday. If you want to save on shipping costs we have frequent pop-ups for in-person sales.

We have a 90 day warranty on our products if there is any kind of manufacturing error. We want you to be happy with your product and be able to use it for as long as possible. If anything breaks or isn’t working correctly in the first 90 days then let us know. Send us some pictures and we will do out best to get you a new one.

We love doing pop-up events at Offbeat. We mainly are in the College Station and Dallas areas. If there is any event you would like to see us at please reach out. We try to have at-least 1 or more events each month. Keep an eye out on our instagram or check out our calendar for upcoming events.
Shipping

Our goals is to have your order shipped out in under 48 hours Monday - Friday. If it is ordered on a weekend it will be shipped out Monday. There can be delays in shipping

Unfortunately there is no expedited shipping.

We do not offer free shipping, but there is a local pickup option for the college station area. Also check out our calendar for pop-up event dates to save on shipping.
